My Nova Smoothie


I came up with this name for a smoothie I winged the other day and ended up being amazing. So naturally I wanted to share it with you.

Ingredients:

  • 6 Medium strawberries
  • 2 Big chunks of Pineapple
  • Vanilla low-fat yogurt
  • Tsp. Sugar
  • Tsp. Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 Cup of Orange juice




Blend it all up and enjoy. It is really amazing and only 206 calories. Let me know what smoothies you like to make.

Another little tip: If you have a crunchy granola bar, crush it up. Mix it in with the yogurt and strawberries and you have yourself a homemade parfait that is equally delicious.
